Adoption Kits for Pets To Have a Better Life
Help dogs like Huck adjust to their new forever home.
These furry friends need our help. Moving from shelter to shelter, or other temporary home situations, can put a lot of stress and anxiety on an animal. Having familiar items to take with them to their new home can help ease the stress of moving around so much.
Our little friend on his way to be adopted. He is one of many pets that benefited from goods sent to him!
Providing comfort for these pets is something that is often overlooked but much needed.
Another benefit of supplying these resources is that pets can take these resources and fun items to their new homes, which helps the adopters. Goods sent allow the pet's new family to take their new fur baby back to their house right away, so each pet can get adjusted at their new home and start to feel comfortable.
You can help ease the anxiety and stress that a pet may feel when being adopted and make all the difference in a fur baby's life. Help cats and dogs transition with the following gifts:
🐶
Supplies you can send to help dogs include a collar, a leash, treats, an enrichment toy and doggie waste bags along with two stainless steel bowls for food and water.
🐱
Supplies you can send to cats include a cat castle for play and relaxation, treats, a toy, two stainless steel bowls for food and water along with a litter box and litter scoop.

Stories:
Humane Rescue Alliance was able to help 162 pets. They were sent toys, treats, collars, leashes, blankets which creates a fun atmosphere that gives pet guardians a fun way to bond with their pets. Pets were overjoyed, like these two good boys, for their new toys.

LCAR staff recounted how Chickie-Nuggie was found on the side of the road, dying. She was only around 4 weeks old when staff took her in and got her stable. It's taken her several weeks to recover from the physical trauma but she is on the mend and the toys sent to her have been her constant companions. LCAR says that upon adoption her favorite starfish toy will go with her.

"Helping people to be able to have pets and care for them is such an honor. We know it means helping humans and it means saving more animals" - Jennifer DeFosse the Director of Public Relations for It Takes a Village said. This rescue was beyond thankful for the generous amount of gifts given to them because of customers like you. The gifts brought tears to their eyes as they were able to restock their "pantry" of goodies for pets!
