This incredible necklace from Balinese artisan Dewi Putera is worthy of a queen. A blue cultured mabe pearl in a heart shape bears a sterling silver crown accented with 18k gold. Above the pearl, a pale blue topaz is surrounded by silver swirl and dot motifs known as bun and jawan. The lavish pendant centers two lengths of sterling silver naga chain.
