Funded: Help Injured & Malnourished Dogs Rescued from Hoarding Case Heal

Update: The dogs are slowly starting to regain weight and finally rid of parasites. They continue to heal physically and emotionally with a few already finding forever homes, like Carmelo. Thank you for your life-saving support.

Sixteen dogs were found living in horrifying conditions—scared, malnourished, and surrounded by their own waste. Many were severely underweight, infested with ticks, and suffering from untreated injuries. They were rescued from the property and brought to safety for urgent veterinary care.

At the hospital, veterinarians began assessing each dog’s condition. Several dogs needed treatment for wounds, dental disease, infection, and malnutrition. While some have already stabilized, others remain under close watch as they gain strength and continue treatment.

These dogs have begun to heal, but many are still at risk without ongoing care. Your support can help provide the treatment and monitoring they need to fully recover and move toward safe, loving homes.

Rescued dogs are recovering from severe neglect and still need ongoing medical care to heal.

Location: Arizona
Breed: Mixed
Age: Varied
Medical Problem: Multiple injuries
Treatment: Surgery, medication, and supportive care

You can help these dogs get the treatment they need to heal. Your gift will not only give them the hope to keep fighting, but your donations will help cover their ongoing care.

Greater Good Charities works to provide emergency medical care to pets in shelters around the world and meet other critical needs, including food, supplies, transportation, sterilization, and disaster relief. With your donation, you can help save the lives of animals like these by covering their care.
