Shot Ukraine Mama Dog & Puppies Need Emergency Care

A heartbreaking call was received by Krystina and her rescue team about a mama dog and her newborn puppies who were shot with a shotgun and in need of rescuing. 

A cruel person opened fire on the mama and her puppies, killing some of the puppies and injuring mama, who we named Nova.

Nova is emaciated in addition to her painful leg injuries and will need months of rehabilitation, food, and care. Despite her weakened condition, she continues to feed and care for her remaining puppies.
