Funded: Help Emma Heal After Losing Kittens & Battle Severe Infection
Update: Â Emma stayed with a medical foster for weeks where she received daily physical therapy. She has completely recovered and even found her forever home. Thank you so much for your support!Â
Emma was rescued from a suspected hoarding situation in severe need of medical care. She arrived pregnant and days later gave birth. Sadly, none of the kittens survived. Despite her young age, she’d already given birth to multiple litters and was fighting an internal infection.
At the hospital, Emma received fluids and antibiotics to stabilize her condition before spay surgery. She is now in daily physical therapy, but it is likely she’ll need additional surgery for damaged muscle tissue that her doctors were unable to correct during the initial procedure.
Emma is making progress, but her recovery remains uncertain without continued treatment. Your support can help Emma heal fully and take the next step toward a safe, loving home.
