Mystifying Forest Blue & Purple Batik Sarong

Combining colors of wisteria and cadet blue, this Balinese sarong by Desak Nyoman Parwati evokes a mystical forest. The sarong is woven of rayon, decorated with beautiful floral motifs in the batik style, where a wax resist is stamped onto the fabric before being dyed. A strap with fringes at the neck secures the sarong, which drapes beautifully.
