Plants Are Life Unique Teak Wood Leaf Pendant Necklace

Ghana's Ralph Ashong translates his ecological concerns into a necklace of organic elegance. 'Plants give us oxygen, food, medicine, shade and protection from disaster (storms). If the last tree dies, the last man dies,' believes the Ghanaian designer. Hand-carved in the shape of a leaf, the teak wood pendant is colored with a clay solution and centers an adjustable leather cord.
