Funded: Shelter Puppy with Ruptured Eye Needs Your Support to Heal
3rd Annual Paws in Peril Care-A-Thon: Provide Emergency Care for Animals in Need
Update:Â Thanks to your generous donations, Steve is on the road to recovery. His inflamed eye was removed and he is doing well. The rescue shared with us, "Through it all he's been the sweetest, most loving little guy."Â
He can run and play as puppies should and will soon be put up for adoption. Your donations are changing lives.Â
Steve came to the rescue with a suspected trauma to his eye that left it with irreversible damage. He's been given medication to temporarily manage his pain, but Steve needs surgery to remove the injured eye. Without it, he'll remain in constant discomfort and at much higher risk of infection.
While he’s started his journey to recovery, Steve still needs this operation to properly treat his injury. Your support will help him leave this painful past behind and prepare for his forever home.
Steve has been battling a severe eye injury—help him win this fight.
You can help Steve get the treatment he needs to heal. Your gift will not only give him the hope to keep fighting, but your donations will help cover his ongoing care.
Greater Good Charities works to provide emergency medical care to pets in shelters across the country and meet other critical needs, including food, supplies, transportation, sterilization, and disaster relief. With your donation, you can help save the lives of animals like these by covering their care.
Help us meet our goal of $5,400 for Steve and pets like him.
