3rd Annual Paws in Peril Care-A-Thon: Provide Emergency Care for Animals in Need

Over one hundred dogs were discovered living in overcrowded and unsafe conditions in rural Washington. With no proper care, they multiplied quickly and were left to struggle in a dangerous environment.

Rescuers have spent weeks humanely trapping dogs in the home — with feces up to their ankles in some parts — and around the property, but the animals are terrified. The total number of dogs involved in this suspected hoarding case is still being determined, as they’ve scattered across the property.

Additionally, each dog pulled from the property has required extensive intake, vaccines, and veterinary care before beginning the long road toward recovery. Many of them are battling parasites, while others need urgent spay-neuter surgeries, dental extractions, and treatment for infections.

So far, dozens of dogs have been rescued, and more are caught every day. All of them are in desperate need of medical attention, food, and care. Every dog needs veterinary care.

Please help us provide urgent medical care to save the lives of dogs rescued from this case of alleged hoarding and neglect.
